Although we both work Monday through Friday, our office hours are somewhat different. Dr. Stolp typically works from 8am to 6pm while Sherry usually sees clients between 10am to 8pm.
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This time is held open for you and our work together. No shows and appointments canceled less than 24 hours before our session will result in a $50.00 fee for a regular session and a $75.00 fee for extended sessions. Please understand that you are responsible for any applicable fees as insurance does not cover no shows or appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours.

I am a provider for a number of insurance carriers and am happy to discuss that option with you. Please note that insurance does not cover couples counseling per se, unless one of the partners has a medically necessary condition. You may request that I provide you with either a superbill or file your insurance claim for you. Please be aware that a diagnosis I provide to your insurance carrier becomes part of your permanent health record.

You may pay by check, cash or by credit card in our office. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. End-of-the-year invoices may be requested for tax filing if you wish.
